Owner Interview with krushers
Today we’ll be speaking with krushers the owner of the Trenton Thunder. He has just joined Addicted Users but he is far from a newbie with 200 seasons played and 2 WS Championships. Let’s see what we can learn about this veteran HBD player:
“krusher, thanks for taking the time to let us to find out a little about you. Obviously the first question is where do you live?”
“I’m living in California now.”
“What is your favorite team and when did you start following baseball?”
“I began following the Chicago Cubs in 1964.”
“Who was your favorite player growing up?”
“I’d have to say it was Willie Mays.”
“Can’t go wrong with Mays, I remember him a little at the tail end of his Giants career and try to forget his days with the Mets.”
“Do you have a favorite baseball memory?”
“Like many Cub fans it would have to be the 2016 WS win, like many I was afraid I wouldn’t live to see the day.”
“How did you find HBD?”
“I had played Strat-O-Matic for a long time and saw HBD in an internet ad.”
“What is the max number of teams you can handle running at one time?”
“I would so it’s around 6 or so teams.”
“What is your preferred method of building a team?”
“I try to keep my teams balanced between pitching, hitting, and D.”
“Is there a team that stands out as your favorite?”
“I’d say my New Orleans team in Walter Johnson. Won the championship while going 7 games in each series as a wild card.”
“What’s your favorite feature of the game?”
“Free agency and the draft. Both are exciting.”
“Do you have anything about the game that you’d like to have changed?”
“Making hiring coaches easier and maybe having multi year contracts for them also.”
“Thanks krusher, that answers all the questions I have for you. Again I appreciate you taking the time.”
